A Tax Office has done our taxes for a couple years and this year our rate close to doubled so I asked if that was correct. Linda could not tell me and was very rude to me when I asked what had changed. Since she could not explain my husband called Mark ********** (owner) and he not only yelled at my husband he hung up on him. They are very unprofessional and extremely rude.
