Phenomenal jerk chicken plate from A Taste of the Caribbean. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and very tender. The rice and peas, Mac n cheese, and steam cabbage & carrots complimented it perfectly. The tostones were also very fresh. Delicious food, paired with excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere makes this a must visit restaurant in Albuquerque. Great music too! Can’t recommend it enough!
I come for the fried okra, but I stayed for the oxtails. My go to order includes the oxtail plate with a side of oxtails à la carte. Love the lady in the back. If you are nice enough, she’ll even let you in on The secret days for greens and cornbread. :)
They saw me pull up and get out if my car and they went and locked the door so I have no idea how good it was. But they could have opened the door and said, sorry, were closed
6/30/26 Stopped in on our way from Texas to Phoenix, AZ. Ordered the Goat Roti, Beef patty, Fried Catfish, and the Seared Cajun Tilapia and a side salad. The three of us enjoyed every bite! We sampled each others plates. The staff was so friendly! A must have dining experience!
I have plenty of picture. It's horrible. Fake island food. Not the real deal I ask for rasta pasta. An got Mac and cheese shrimp ..donkit recommend. Dry salad instead cabbage. Just not up to par. Not worth 50$
