Yesterday was the first time I visited this place with my family. We were excited, and looked forward to our dishes. The overall experience has left A LOT to be desired. First, we were the only customers that dined in that afternoon. The server was mildly attentive, making suggestions, and serving our appetizers and drinks-until she wasn't. I stumbled across this restaurant years ago. Since then, the entire family has been frequenting the store and this particular restaurant is definitely in my top 3. I cannot recommend this restaurant strongly enough. I'm a creature of habit, so I love my pad Thai and the Tom yum soup, but every new dish I try is excellent. As a mixed asian from the PNW, this Thai restaurant is so far the ONLY authentic Thai food I have found in NOLA. I can’t stand the modern fusions so if you are like me and looking for authentic, then this place is the best around. I’ve eaten here many, many times and tried many dishes and appetizers including chicken skewers, shrimp in a blanket, gyoza, fresh spring rolls, pad thai, pad see ew, pad woon sen, Thai fried rice, Chiang Mai noodles, and curries.
