Love this place! Best meatball sub around! A true hidden gem.
I just happened to be in the area and happened to see Taste of Italy so I thought I would try it. That was about a month ago... I've been there two more times since! Even took the wife yesterday. She loved it as well!
The food is so good....I love their sandwiches! My husband also loves to eat there!!
Love this place. For those that are familiar with Grazianos and B&B Deli, it will remind you of them...BUT it's on the west side of town. WOOHOO! Great sandwiches. Loves their Italian Sausage Patty sandwich and the Chicago Style Italian Roast Beef. Meatballs and marinara were awesome!
I disagree with the one star review right below. Food is great - starting with the best bread in town. All the ingredients are head and shoulders above any other deli. I always have a ton of special requests and they happily build my sandwich just the way I like it. It's like going over to a friend's house and having them rustle up some grub for you. Love those guys. Really miss seeing the cute one with the man bun. Hope you can get him to come back.
This place is by far my favorite sandwich place in Des Moines!! Chicago Beef is to die for!!!
