RecommendedI've had close to a dozen suits altered here and countless shirts. Never had an issue with timing, always had my clothes on or before the day she says they'd be done.
I dropped off my wedding dress here months in May. After almost two months, I never received a call about my dress so I had to call her. After nearly 10 minutes on hold, I was told that she had not gotten to my dress yet. She told me to come in and try on the dress in two weeks. When I came to try my dress on, it was apparent that nothing had been done to the dress because it fit the exact same. When tailoring a wedding dress, timing is key and they were not able to get the job done in the time they promised. The seamstress also made changes to my wedding dress based on instructions from other family members without consulting me first, leading to alterations that I DID NOT want, which also caused unnecessary tension in the family. Would not recommend using this seamstress.
