I will say, we did get a good price and our day was amazing. However, you get what you pay for. She showed up day of with the wrong color table linens and said there wasn’t time to change it, she did not set the centerpieces as we had discussed and agreed upon, and she created a whole scene by speaking out of turn and promising the wrong person that they were receiving a corsage - putting a lot of added stress on me when there shouldn’t have been the day of my wedding. I used this wedding planner and so called stress free girl for my wedding..worst mistake ever..I thought wedding planners were happy and excited for bride and groom..she’s rude and very stand off ish..made us not feel welcome at all..and stress free girl was useless..never smiled the entire time of wedding..changed the whole schedule of everything to fit her needs not ours..she insulted me because all of guests didn’t come..making me feel bad.,she left early and made the guests uncover food and fend for themselves..she cost ... read more
This owner Debbie is a demon. She ruined my wedding. Doesn't even deserve 1 Star. They set up at the wrong spot on the beach. By the time I arrived and noticed they refused to move it. Said it was too much work and takes too long. I paid over $1000 for the service. However, her and her staff were very sarcastic and un-empathetic about the whole thing. Ms. Debra was absolutely wonderful and made sure I was taking care of. She got a picture of how I wanted and told me what she can do all over the phone. The day of I came to view everything on my wedding, it was absolutely a dream that became reality! She was absolutely amazing! We had a small issue with the caterer but she got involved without a question. Despite that situation, everything was a dream come true just how I imagined!!!!
First, I do want to say that my wedding was beautiful. I had a tropical themed wedding, and the flowers were perfect. However, working with Debbie was a nightmare. First, trying to get a hold of her took multiple emails and phone calls. She never respected agreed upon meeting times--when phone meeting times were set, she would call at whatever time she pleased with an excuse.
