Our heat pump and electrical relay failed on a late Friday. Put in an emergency phone call for service. Mike arrived early the next morning. He diagnosed our problem in five minutes, traveled back to the shop, and picked up the necessary parts. Mike provided high quality service while being extremely professional and responsive to an emergency. This is a first rate company, which I highly recommend.
The serviceman named Michael was very unprofessional. Yelled at me to pull the plug on the washer machine because I was standing in front of the electric socket . He continued to defend his actions even after I told him a 2nd time that wasn't anyway to speak to a customer.
Family owned. Very professional. They show up when they say they will and do an awesome job. Had to call them over the years for the after hours emergencies, and they were there. Have been a customer for over 30 years.
