I’m not one to ever write reviews, but felt it was necessary this time around. Prices here are reasonable so I can’t complain about that, but their customer service is definitely HORRIBLE. I’ve gone maybe 3-4 times on different occasions. TWICE they gave me the wrong sizes/style of shirts that I asked for & I didn’t notice until I was home. Yes, I could have checked upon receiving them, but I would think that they pay attention to what they grab for a paying customers - obviously they don’t! Just went in the other day to see what all they offered. As I make my own items, I'm looking for supplies. The employee that helped me was very polite and helpful. She gave me a stack of ordering supplies to look through, and wrote down the information I needed like pricing. I was able to purchase a blank shirt in store that day for a good price also!
