Clyde helped me chlorinate my mom’s well. He was patient and kind, seeing as I didn’t even know where the well was located. He walked me through all the steps so I could be chlorinate on my own in the future. I’m so grateful to have found his business.

Came out and assessed situation on our well pump that’s not working and said he’d be over to fix next day. Called in AM and canceled. Said it was too hot to work. We have no water, he originally installed pump and then he backs out of doing the work. FYI: you did accept the job, you did give us an estimate and you said you would be out the next day to fix. Why do things always break during the holidays? Our pump started going out on New Years Eve morning. We called and Clyde met me the same day. He couldn’t get to doing any repairs until the next day. The next day happened to be New Years day. I told him not to worry about it until the next day. He insisted on doing the work just in case our pump totally quit. He was adamant about us not being without water. No holiday overtime rates, no extra charges, no unnecessary extras, just great professional service at very fair prices.... read more
