4/10 - They maybe AMAZING councillors I have no idea. I was referred to them from my GP under my DSP annual health care plan (as I have had multiple surgeries that are continuing to cause a great amount of pain and also mobility issues). It took them 3 days just to tell me "without telling me straight out" no they don't do health care plan gov rebates. They are a private company so it's fine if they don't. Do not waste your time with this firm. They are discriminatory and seam to believe that your mental health issues are of little concern. I suffer from severe CPTSD and stressed that I am in fear of once again becoming overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, hypervigilance and suicidal. After messing me around for 3 weeks they finally told me that they weren't going to help. Inexcusably disgraceful.
