Good supplies but don’t take any insurance including Medicare. Had to pay out of pocket for emergency wheelchair for my husband

Kim and Rowan were so helpful and knowledgeable about the products that we needed! They were so kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend this business and especially Kim and Rowan who displayed excellent customer service and sincere care towards my husband and I. We will be coming back to 2 Hearts Medical Supply to anyone looking for medical supplies!!! And, did I mention that they have a plethora or medical supplies to chose from!!!
Buyer Beware! Absolutely horrific customer service! I Do Not recommend this “hole in the wall” place. The customer service is non existent and personnel is unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE!
The wheel on my wife's wheelchair broke causing her to fall out and injure the knee she just had surgery on and they charge me for the damaged wheel. Never mind I have to take her back to the doctor to haver her knee looked at. Noi did not break the wheelchair and she is only 98 lbs so weight is not an issue
