Year on and job still not complete, won't call you back and expect you to pay upfront to come fix their mistakes...
We are really pleased with our new louvre system from A&T Glass. Has added and extra room - albeit it outdoors, enhanced our home and made it even more functional. Top quality product, solid and made for Taupō conditions. Really pleased to find a local company. Highly recommend get your addition from these guys. There team was brilliant, really nice guys who did a professional job.
Got a cat door quoted for install in a glass panel about a year ago. Options of single or double glaze. Took single glass option as it was going to take too long for the quote. Paid upfront. Measured up and delivered within a week to find the glass panel didn't fit. Remeasured expecting it within a week. Didn't arrive. Asked for contact to be made so our house sitter could let them in. Upfront promises and measure and quote were professional but it was all downhill from there. A 4-5 week job lasted from mid winter and finished early December. A number of appointments not kept and failings in the Install needed rectifying. All requests for service which were a few were met without arguement. This was a case of the advertised undertakings not meeting the reality of the job.
Lol wrong person to ask to review yr service. Worst ever... Lied about when my job was done. Made me wait an entire day to tell me it couldn't be done and a week later still haven't received a refund. Don't recommend at all
