The photo pictured with M B R is the before pic and I clearly had a fungus growth spot even on the border. When he was done it was even still there. The pic that isn’t white on the inside is before property management team spray painted over the filth. Tito is claiming that the mold I claimed of is just insulation. He was in and out in just 20 minutes from entering and leaving with equipment, 5 minutes of that was talking with me.
