Sydes doesn't care about you. We bought a brand new home in Blue Water Rise (New Bern) these houses are thrown up so quick and have so many issues and even though you're within the one-year warranty of everything, they try and pass it off and won't fix anything. Just read the reviews in the neighborhood local pages, everybody is having issues with how terrible these houses are put together and sydes doesn't care. If I could give a negative star I would! Soooo many people have issues with their houses & Sydes makes up every excuse, not to fix it. So don’t believe in the one year warranty. They actually insinuated that I had my cat stuffed something down my shower drain. Mind you, I have to lift the stopper in order to get anything under it. Apparently, I have really talented cats🤨 I bought my house in July 2024. It looks great smelled new. I thought I would at least have one year without any major issues. Courtney has been great to work with, she has helped tremendously all the way across the states to help build this beautiful home we live in now. We started from the beginning and got to build our dream home from scratch and has met our expectations and timelines.
