We are very pleased with the build of our new home. We are appreciative of the many employees who have been extremely professional in assisting with concerns and questions. Holly in the Warranty Department is friendly and responds to emails and calls quickly. John has been very helpful and friendly. Mel is thorough in explaining everything about our new home , warranty, important phone numbers, etc. Highly recommend A Sydes Construction.
We have been in our house for just over three years in Oyster Landing. Over all we have been pleased with the construction and we like the neighborhood. Sydes is not currently building in here. There are a couple of things that are annoying over time that probably could be improved if they were communicated to the building supervisors or subcontractors. It is completely unethical for this company to ignore the serious health risks their prolonged burning poses to the hundreds of children at Dixon Middle School and Quality Daycare. Toxic fumes have been blowing directly into these buildings for weeks, yet they have made no effort to adjust their schedule or communicate with the community. Continuous exposure like this can have lasting health effects, especially on young children. In March of 2024 I bought a new home from A-Sydes. The quality of the construction, the materials used, and attention to detail is excellent. I believe they are the best home builder in all of Eastern NC. Something to be proud of. I've been in the home now for almost 1 year. and no problems what so ever. I had learned a lesson from another builder "Horizon's East" that I bought a home from in the Jacksonville, NC area back in 2019, they were terrible. 1 year after buying, I had a driveway that was crumbling/falling apart.
