Do not build or buy a house from this company! They do below grade work that requires repair in the first one two years. They have a lady named Vicki who runs their HOA, she does not return calls, makes up violations, and picks and chooses what is against the HOA. This company spikes HOA cost that meet their needs not the community. I am ready to sell my home after 3 years!!
