Between his impeccable service with maintaining our pool and his honest sharing of knowledge to address problems and maintenance yourself, I've been very satisfied with his business.
Robert is the best of the best. We have had several pools over the course of the last 37 years. He is very knowledgeable , reliable and friendly. He goes way beyond what you would expect of a pool service person. I would rate him as a 10 star if that was possible. Love the man.
Short story - Robert is a solid, stand up guy who is extremely helpful. He helped get our leaky fitting issue taken care of and didn't even charge for his time! Long story - We had a leak in the fitting that sits on top of the sand filter. Robert came and looked at it, helped take it off, gave great instructions on how to put it back together, and sent us over to the Pool Place to get a replacement. The Pool Place had a question about what was needed and so Robert called them to talk it through - definitely above and beyond!... read more
I feel blessed to have found Robert... He is by far the BEST pool service I have ever had and goes above and beyond the call of duty to keep my pool crystal clean and balanced!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional and most of all HONEST... Which is a very rare find these days!!! I will always be thankful and grateful for Robert and my appreciation for his wonderful job he does on my pool... Thank you!!!
