We recently went to Surgeon Family Appliance to get a washer and dryer set for our small apartment. Sean was extremely helpful in picking out a set that would fit our tight area that was an amazing deal. They installed it the next day and communicated before they came over to make sure it was a good time. The heating element did go out in our dryer the same day it was installed but they had someone come out to fix it within 24 hours. Horrible .Last few times I've been here. THE Service absolutely is non customer oriented.dropped off crisper drawers this time for them to find a match. Expressed I needed them for Klamath on Saturday was told ok. No call back nothing. Came back to pick them and was told oh yea we were going to do that tomorrow. Its a lot of work to find a match. Done buying from here. Will find another place thats more landlord friendly.
