I purchased a "refurbished" washer with a warrantee. The price seemed a bit high for a refurbished machine. It didn't work right from day 1 and was rather dirty inside. It didn't contain all its parts. They came out to repair it three times and it still had issues. It took MANY failed appointments to get them to come attempt to fix it. Very nice and helpful. They negotiated a good price on a washing machine for me.
I hate to bash a family business but this has been the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had. As I write this, my washer is still not fixed, after reaching out a month ago. The worst part being on over 5 occasions, them telling me they would come and I sit around waiting only for no one to show up. I can understand one time! It was a simple fix that I’m still fighting to get done because it’s under warranty. Excuse after excuse. Lie after Lie. If they were worth the energy, I’d be taking more serious measures.
Great customer service, delivered me a propane dryer on the weekend!!! Used but looks new and works like new, thanks guys!
