We called two weeks ago to have our oven and gas range repaired. They said they’d be at our house at the end of week but they didn’t show up. I called and he said they’re still coming but didn’t show up again. He said they’d work over the weekend but still didn’t show up. Now it’s been a whole week later since the last time they didn’t show up and they still haven’t shown up nor called or communicated anything. Took $360 and three weeks to ‘fix’ the fridge. It only worked for a few days. Absolute disaster. The worst company ever.
Worst experience ever.
The gentleman at Surgeon Appliance was very helpful. I was looking for a newer freezer for our garage and he told me the one I currently have is better than the newer frost-free model. No pressure to buy anything. I’ll certainly go back when I need appliances.
