I’ve been blown away by how amazing this company has been. I got the fridge for half the price of anywhere else in the area. They have had excellent communication. The delivery crew were friendly and extremely careful with our home. Im very appreciative.
I have a older refrigerator that quit cooling. I called and spoke to Allen about what my options were with repair or replace. He helped me decide what to do and over the weekend they came to fix it both Sat. and Sunday. Father's day weekend. I am glad to say that I have a functioning refrigerator now and the repair man (Nick) and the owner (Allen) are to be commended for their patience and time to help me through this situation. I would recommend them over again for any appliance needs.
My experience with this company has been very positive, I had a couple problems with my dryer and spoke with Alan. He was very kind and very professional and sent a technician right away. The technician that made the repairs really knew his business! Thanks Nick! I highly recommend this company and it's people to anyone needing an appliance.

I was in need of a washer ASAP after being taken advantage of by a Sears technician. I called Surgeon Family Appliance after I got home from work, and Shawn took the time to walk me through the available options to find a washer that fit my family’s needs. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me load the washer into my Mini Cooper!
