They are overpriced and do shoddy work. We gave very specific directions and measurements and they screwed up a simple job. They came back, and their idea of fixing it, was to make it worse. We decided that we were not going to settle for this, and called them back- numerous times- but they never answered or returned our calls. Fine way to do business. They got our money and ran.
