I lost my house to a fire about four years ago and I was told when my adjuster came out from State Farm. They told me about A superior contracting and Restoration. Owner Tavarus Riley. This man is nothing but a Scam please do not trust this company. They stole things from they house Fire. They showed up, had us leave the bedroom that needed restoration (because of mold), and they went to work by stealing jewelry, and cash. They were never to be seen after they had us rearrange the entire house. They are nothing but con-artists. If Tavares, is the one to show up, it’s is guaranteed you will have items missing, he’s nothing but a thug playing businessman. Do not use them.
I initially contracted with this company to provide mitigation services following a fire at my residence after heavy suggestions from my State Farm claims adjuster. Quickly I realized this was a bad decision as the principal of the company, Tavarus Riley, was non responsive and failed to meet timelines he established. A Superior has always done work for my company, very professional, courteous and really go above and beyond to help my company achieve rave reviews.. always great prices, Tavarus Riley has always over the last 9 years performed at a high level and they have did perfect work for me... definitely will continue to use him on every project we get, that he has time to perform when he’s not busy... I would recommend this company to anyone I know...my experience with A Superior has been awesome...keep up the good work
