Justin and his team did a fantastic job. The booking process was a bit unusual since it was all over text message (after the initial call), but it went smoothly enough. On the morning in question, I got a call within the time window saying they were on their way. Despite the negative reviews I personally had a great experience. It’s true that they limit correspondence to text and there are delays but have patience and they will get back to you. I worked with Mike, Tristan and Heron and have nothing but great things to say. They were quick, efficient and really careful with my belongings and made the whole process seamless. Thank you!

Happened in Feb 2023, but had to leave a good review since I just saw how low their rating is for the first time. I too went through CubeSmart for the free truck; I did end up with a $30 or so charge because we went over time (legitimately, the movers were efficient). I had Donovan and KJ who were amazing. They kept in touch throughout, packed my items well, treated them with care, disassembled my furniture, and were great to talk to.
