While I cannot comment on any other unit, I can say B9 is the dirtiest unit I have ever rented. The hallway is filthy as was the ceiling fans. The first 2 mornings the fire alarm for the entire building went off. We waited at least 30 minutes for the fire department to come the first time. The second time they were a bit faster. The ac unit is on the small balcony and you couldn't sit out there for the noise. The ac vent in the ceiling fell and hit me in the head as I sat on the couch.
