I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty parlor. I went for a hair day, but the hairstylist (Avideh) was very careless. She had another customer and clearly prioritized her over me. She kept going back and forth, only working on my hair when she had free time. I felt ignored and unimportant. Afterward, I messaged her about some issues with my hair, she saw the message but never responded. Very unprofessional and poor customer care.
had a haicut here... cool place, clean, bright and seems luxury. quality the same or worse than at the cheaper places. trying to be fair and not toxic - you pay for a env. between 2 - 3 start
