I was told by the receptionist my two area rugs will be cleaning in a different way because they are wool material. She charged us two hundred and fifty dollars for both. When the employee came he cleaned the synthetic and wool ones the same way . I text her complaining and she never replied. I won't call them again. She lied in order to charge us more!;
Striking Image cleaned my couches after years of cat hair and normal Cruces dust, plus tiling dust, and they look and smell amazing now! The tech was right on time and was able to finish everything in a timely manner, and the result was just excellent. They were also able to fit me into the schedule promptly and found a time that would work well for me! Very pleased, will definitely use them again!
The best experience possible. Jose and Orlando did a amazing job doing my air ducts and very amazed how good they did my dryer vent also. Very professional and great customer service.. I will continue to use A striking image...
Damaged the paint on our baseboards but didn't bother to mention it. Then they had the audacity to ask for a tip. I do not recommend them.
