If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Horrible staff. The "Dr's" are not even Dr's. They are a bunch of males who pitched in financially for a "business" and do not know what they are doing. My follow up visits are in Florida (not IL?) Let's talk about the HIPAA violations. The "Dr's" see the patients freely in the hallways and not in a private room. Worst place ever the staff is horrible at communication and group therapy was ineffective, cold showers, cold rooms, laundry was never ready, people were being misdiagnosed and we barely got to meet with therapists and doctors the only good person I loved here is miss rosie

The best psychiatric inpatient care we've seen for our 9-year-old son. The staff are kind and professional, the facility is in great condition, and the kids even get to play outside. Some behavioral health centers are in a rush to discharge patients, but Streamwood kept our son until they had seen improvement.
The staff was amazing they cares for me both times i was there John the małe staff, Nathan and Alyssa helped me so much even sneak me snacks... Lol! They really cared John would talk with me often listin to me whenever i społecznej and he would hangout with me too, draw, Nathan was cold but he really did care he helped me alot .
