I needed an inexpensive Brother sewing machine to give me modern stitches (like zig zag and buttonholes). My old Singer LIghtweight is wonderful but doesn't do some of the stitches I need. The folks at A Straight Stitch gave me excellent advice on the right machine for my needs. They had it in stock, registered it online for me and were very friendly. They had lots of goodies to go along with it, too.
