Simi Valley General Contractors did an AWESOME job of building our new home! Unlike many other builders in the area, they did not charge us any more money even as the house appreciated in value and their costs increased due to inflation and supply chain issues. Their salesman kept us informed every step of the way and after we closed on the house. Construction manager made sure every detail on the house had been taken care of.
