I have 2 units in the second floor at a storage place, the Elevator has been out of service for 2 days in the row and I have wasted money because I couldn’t get my stuff, I checked both sides for stairs and couldn’t find any. This place is awful!!
That staff here is horrible and treats seniors terribly. A situation occurred with a senior friend who has medical issues and it was very uncomfortable for them and the staff made it even more traumatic. No empathy or compassion what-so-ever. It's just a storage place I know but wow, how horrid can you be.
