I've used Storage Depot a lot over the years. They've had good offerings for sizing of storage units and the best prices I could find on boxes and moving supplies. Staff have always been patient with me and helpful when I ran into trouble with access. Stuart was one of the first people I met in Chestertown and he really made me feel welcome in this town.

This business is the best. Everything about the operation is first rate. The staff is helpful and very professional. And Stewart is an all star. He will go the extra mile to make sure your experience is positive and supportive. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Stewart noticed that I had been charged for missing equipment I never received from another U-Haul branch. Instead of allowing the charge to continue, he went above and beyond by disputing it on my behalf, which ultimately resulted in a refund. His communication and customer service skills were outstanding—clear, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive experience.
