Exceptional courtesy! They want to get it right every time. Very reasonable, as well. I have used them several times and they never fail
NEVER EVER EVER GOING BACK. I have been going to A Stitch Witch for over 6 years. I’ve taken my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and multiple other dresses to them for alterations. I even recently sent my husband there to have his suits tailored. Yes, they are blunt and have attitudes but I’ve never had a problem before. They really outdid themselves, though. I took two dresses in the the stitch witch. One just needed a bit of fluff taken out (my wedding dress) and the other was about 3 sizes too big and I wanted them to take it in. They had my dresses for about 3 weeks. I went back in and she told me, not asked, to put the one she had taken in on first. I put it on and you could clearly see it was still 2 sizes too big. I strongly discourage people from doing business with Stitch Witch. They were rude and messed up three dresses for my family. I wish we would have read these reviews before doing business with them, but we trusted the bridal shop that sent us there. It is noteworthy that the bridal shop has now fired Stitch Witch. After several months they still didn’t have my daughter’s wedding dress right. A former employee of Stitch Witch was used and she finally got the dress right. Not pleasant and very rude
These people are so rude. I went in to get some alterations and they turned away my business. They said they were too busy with wedding dresses and to go somewhere else.
