It's difficult being at the age where I can no longer get up on a ladder anymore to inspect things for myself. However, I did get to see Travis’ photos after the work was done and it appears he did exactly what was proposed. I might add too, he was punctual, very pleasant and very tidy leaving no mess. Travis did his utmost to do me right and represent the good reputation of A Step In Time.
JT came by today to do a chimney inspection. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me the photo shots of the chimney, so I could see all was ok.
Perfect chimney inspection for rental move out requirements. Tech was in and out efficiently, letting me know the fireplace was in working condition and gave some repair recommendation for the homeowner. Very happy with the service!
From the first call to A Step In Time Chimney Service to the moment the service technician arrived to provide the estimate, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to having this issue resolved properly by a team who know their business.
