Daniel was efficient and thorough. Very professional
Technician called to see if he could come earlier..... which worked out better for me. He was slightly under prepared but resolved the issue promptly and communicated clearly. He left the space clean without signs of ash or tracks or dirt. Very friendly. Will continue to use them for all our fireplace needs.
Chris communicated his expected arrival time, and was a few mins early. When Chris arrived he told us what he intended to do and how he was going to do it ...and then he went straight to work. Maintained the work area clean; we were happy with his work.
Highly recommend. We received a thorough inspection report with photos of our multiple fireplaces , Michael explained everything to us clearly. He cleaned our fireplace beautifully and not a spec of dust ( ashes) in the house. Scheduling was quick and the office has been friendly and easy to reach. Reasonably priced too. We had some work done today and our 35 year old chimney looks brand new. When finished our fireplace area was spotless clean, lots of communication about the work done. Friendly!
