DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The tenants at one of my properties called this company to perform a chimney inspection. They had the owner of the company call me to give me an estimate. I missed his call, which mind you was an unscheduled call on a Friday evening after 8pm. He left a message with his direct number and asked me to call him back. I called him back the next day and didn't get an answer. Understandable, he's the owner of the company and may not answer calls on the weekend. I get it.
