I cannot say enough great things about this practice. Communication convenience with texting to schedule appointments and checking in on delivery etc. my son is on his second pair of braces and they are so detail oriented and intentional about how they take care of their patients. My son’s braces didn’t fit perfect and they had their manufacturer remake them with a one week turn around. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you team for making this such a smooth and pleasant process! We love our “power” shoes!!!
A+++ A Step Ahead N Thompsn Ln, is by far the BEST place to go for prosthetics. They have gone above and beyond to get me mobile and comfortable. I cannot thank them enough. Rocky is the best at what he does by a large margin. Go see him. Will not disappoint. Thank you A Step Ahead!
Their customer service is lacking. We have had to work with them since 2018 when my son got his first set of SMOs. He then transitioned into AFOs. Multiple times, the orthotics took over 2 months to be completed. At least 2 of those times, they did not fit when they arrived and we had to wait again. The front desk staff is unfriendly.

I had went to one appointment somewhere else the second appointment they canceled twice. I called a step ahead they got me right in and have went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend A Step Ahead
