I had developed an issue with my toe that was increasing in pain by the day/hour and starting to look and feel like I may end up having to go to Emerg. I have been looking for GOOD arch supports for over 20 years, but kept having to go back to my old ones which are over 30 years old because the new one just didn't do what I needed. Karen, the chiropodist, was amazing to deal with. She really listened and understood what i was trying to say. I cried when I put them on they felt so good. I would recommend Karen and this clinic 100%. She will change your life.
I had my first every appointment with a podiatrist on September 15th of this year. I can't say enough about my experience - this is such an inviting space. :) There is a lightness and a sense that those who work here enjoy their job and each other. All the employees I came in contact with that afternoon were so personable, patient and knowledgeable. After suffering for months with a very painful ingrown toenail, I was referred to A Step Ahead, what an amazing staff they have from reception to Kevin who was very professional, my treatment was quick and painless, I only wish I had visited them much sooner!
