I called the clinic to make an appointment due to issues with Charcot foot due to diabetes. They were very busy schedule wise but Cindy & Shawna made such a great effort to get me in within two days! Arriving at the clinic everyone was super friendly. I first met with Dana where she was very thorough before seeing the chiropodist Karen. Karen was so friendly, professional, & knowledgeable, and took very good care of my feet. I’m looking forward to going back to continue with the care of my diabetic feet. Thank you so much!
This place is quality. I went for my first visit thinking I was going to get new $500 orthotics, but they told me my old ones had a lot more wear left in them! They gave me some new exercises and tips. I had an issue while there and they went above and beyond to resolve.

I had developed an issue with my toe that was increasing in pain by the day/hour and starting to look and feel like I may end up having to go to Emerg. After some research, I decided to call for an appt. at A Step Ahead. The earliest appt. was more than 2 weeks away. When I expressed concern and worry about the wait, I was assured that I would be added to the cancellation list. I have been looking for GOOD arch supports for over 20 years, but kept having to go back to my old ones which are over 30 years old because the new one just didn't do what I needed. Karen, the chiropodist, was amazing to deal with. She really listened and understood what i was trying to say. I cried when I put them on they felt so good. I would recommend Karen and this clinic 100%. She will change your life.
