After suffering for months with a very painful ingrown toenail, I was referred to A Step Ahead, what an amazing staff they have from reception to Kevin who was very professional, my treatment was quick and painless, I only wish I had visited them much sooner!
Always warm and welcoming when arriving for my appointment. Office is clean and organized. Fast and efficient service, with a friendly atmosphere.
I have trouble with thick nails that I'm not able to take off myself and a bone that protrudes by my baby toe so I get corns and they are painful. I read the reviews and thought this would be a good place to try. I was not disappointed. Janet the assistant was great as was Kevin who is clearly very knowledgeable. I'm happy to actually have a solution (a pad that Kevin constructed for me) in the side of my foot so that the bone protruding doesn't take all the pressure.
