My carpets look like brand new monies!!! Excellent customer service!!! When I say spots gone. Gone!!!! These guys totally ROCK!!!! Book them ASAP!!!

This company operates with unethical and dishonest business practices, and I strongly advise against hiring them. They falsely claimed damages, such as pet waste (never had a pet) on my carpet that wasn’t there, in order to deceive my apartment complex—whom they contracted with—into paying for the full cost of carpet replacement. They did a phenomenal job! I won’t have anyone else clean my floors. They did 1000 times better than zero rez. I highly recommend A Step Ahead
