Great service guys ...they came at same day and got the job done ....the house was very clean and they finish before time.....
I’m very disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this cleaning crew and I could never recommend them to anyone. I hired them to clean an empty 3 bedroom home. I told them that I wanted a deep cleaning. They said they would have to charge more than the standard rate and i said that’s fine as long as they do a good job and reemphasized that i wanted a very deep cleaning. We used a step above cleaning few days ago for a one time deep cleaning for our rental property. the team did an amazing job. The apartment was in a bad shape and needed considerable amount of cleaning. I had doubts that some of the stains especially in the bathroom could be cleaned at all. After the cleaners left, the apartment was spotless!!! They did beyond amazing job and we will definitely use their services again!
