I've been a loyal customer of A Step Above Carpet Cleaning for a long time. They always make you feel like your home is important to them. Raymond and his team did an excellent job! They were very friendly and worked wonders on my couch, which was really dirty from our kids and dogs, plus it had been in storage for a long time. The price for the carpet and upholstery cleaning was very reasonable and definitely worth it to make our furniture look fresh and clean again. marvin came out to our home in sacramento and did a really great job cleaning our carpets. he was professional, on time, and worked hard to get out some tough pet stains from our big dog. after the cleaning, the carpets looked and smelled much better, and most of the spots were gone. i didn't check with a black light after like i did before, but everything looked clean and fresh. there were a few lighter stains left in my son's old room and under a table, but i was able to get those out myself pretty easily with a little ext... read more
