I hired A Step Above Carpet Cleaning to clean a hallway carpet and two bedroom carpets. Conner did a great job in all three areas, and the hallway carpet turned out especially well. Even though the hallway carpet was much older and had a musty odor, it came out looking refreshed, the colors looked brighter, and the smell was gone after the cleaning. Update: They came back for a second carpet cleaning, and our carpets look fantastic again. The service was excellent once more, and booking the appointment was very easy. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and the whole experience felt professional from start to finish. I had my sofa, area rug, and both bedroom carpets cleaned today in Sacramento. The sofa and rug have been cleaned by Jared before, and as always, the service was fantastic. This time, we also included the bedroom carpets because our sweet dog has had a few accidents, and it had been a while since the last deep clean. After Jared finished, I could immediately tell the carpets looked fresh and almost new, even before they dried. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services—definitely a 10 out of 10!
