Ernest stopped by and cleaned the carpets all through our home for A Step Above Carpet Cleaning. he was very friendly and informative during the walk-through and the actual cleaning. he made sure we understood what he was doing, how the carpet condition could affect the outcome, and what results to expect based on his experience. Our carpets came out great, even better than we thought, and the whole house smelled fresh from the cleaning solution. i would definitely recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning. First, i will say booking online was easy, and their communication stayed clear and helpful the whole time. raymond was the technician who came out, and he was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He listened to our concerns, explained the carpet cleaning process, answered every question, and did an excellent job with the deep cleaning. We have a lot of carpeted areas, so it was a pretty big job, but the results looked great. The carpet felt fresh, clean, and well cared for after the service. We live in Sacramen... read more
