i can’t say enough good things about marvin and his team. I’ve used their carpet and rug cleaning service several times for pickup and return delivery in Sacramento, and it has been very convenient. The cleaning quality is excellent, with rugs and carpet coming back fresh, bright, and well cared for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. A Step Above Carpet Cleaning scheduled our carpet cleaning at the last minute for an urgent situation, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Marvin was very respectful, and Jared did an amazing job even though it was his first day.
