Jeff at A Step Above is excellent. He has cleaned my area rugs three times and they always look like new and smell great. (There are two businesses with this name, the other is fake FYI.) I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service for those in the Sacramento area!
I can't believe how clean everything turned out!!! There were spots on our couch and chair we didn't think would come out and they are gone. We also had our 8x10 area rug done in hopes it would last a little longer. The results were awesome. It looks brand new!! I highly recommend this company. Jeff was very professional and did a great job getting stains out of my armchairs. They look a million times better now. I felt this was a good value and am very glad I used this service.
Jeff was not only a skilled professional, but he was responsive, friendly, fair priced, and overall just a pleasure to work with. Our carpet had so many areas we thought would never be clean but they look amazing. Jeff set clear and honest expectations up front and fit us in on short notice. I will for sure be using him again for regular cleanings.
