Both men could not speak English fluently, one was a bit argumentative, re installing vents was done sloppy, they left a mess - my ducts now make noise that they did not before. The guy said when I told him, well let your a/c run for two hours, which would not fix the damage their brush inadvertently did to my sheet metal ductwork. I had to double check everything they did and all for $320 @ $ 40 a vent. Their drills ran out of battery - just some really shade tree work - VERY VER... read more

The team, including Philip and Eric, were quite proficient, and even Bentley, the boss, showed up towards the conclusion to ensure everything was up to par - he even took care of the vacuuming personally. The service provided by A Step Above Air Duct Cleaning was excellent, and the actual cleaning job left a profound impression on us. After Keith, Bentley, and Colin had completed their work, we discovered some insulation material in my son's closet on his clothes and cabinet. Also, we found some metal shavings, presumably from the duct drilling, scattered across the basement and some broken glass from a few lights. We were having a hard time with our air ducts, our system was not functioning efficiently even after several cycles. Colin came to the rescue! He identified the problem that was causing the inefficiency. There was insulation left in our air ducts by the builders! This could have led to a serious fire hazard, potentially jeopardizing our residence! We are extremely thankful to Colin and A Step Above Air Duct Cleaning for their great work and making us feel secure in our home!
colin was the guy who came over to service our air duct. he was a pro, super friendly and did a top-notch job! we don't often hand out 5 stars, but this time it was totally deserved. we had a blockage in our air duct and colin got rid of it, cleaned the duct so well that the air felt like it was from a brand new system. it's not often you come across such excellent service, but this air duct cleaning service in mesa was a pleasant surprise. so grateful! : )
