Avoid this horrible company DO NOT EVER USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY DEFRAUDED! This is just a bait and switch company. Eric was excellent. His personal reason for doing this work is what made me choose the service. He took care of everything with real attention and professionalism. After the air duct and dryer vent cleaning, my laundry room smelled fresh and the lint filter has never looked so clean. I’m very thankful for the service and will keep using them for all my duct and vent cleaning needs in Mesa.
Wow, what a great experience with A Step Above Air Duct Cleaning. Colin and eric were awesome technicians. They were super polite, showed up on time, and did an efficient, thorough air duct cleaning. They cleaned the vents well, improved the airflow, and left everything neat. If this is the usual level of service, i highly recommend them for duct and vent cleaning. bentley would be proud of the quality of work.

I also really like how easy it is to book an appointment online at a time that works for me. Highly recommend for dryer vent and air duct ... read more
Courteous, professional, and respectful to me and my home. My air ducts and vents had never been cleaned, so it was a big job, but Eric handled it efficiently. They improved the airflow, removed a lot of built-up dust, and left my Mesa home clean with everything back in order when the duct cleaning was finished.
