Called twice no call back. I don't know about there service. It says open on Sundays but they are not
We are a very active family and that means whatever is outside usually ends up inside and on my carpets. Scott from A-Steam came out and spend the greater part of a day cleaning my carpets. He got out stains I didn't think would ever come out. I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies throughout the years but A-Steam out did them all. A-Steam will be the only company I call in the future. I would and have recommended A-Steam to many of my friends.
Scott did a great job on the carpet and was a pleasure to work with. The communication and scheduling were prompt and efficient. I would use this service again!
We have had A-Steam clean our carpets several times and each time the job has been superb, with results far above what we expected. The owner, Scott Byer, does all the work himself and is very thorough as well as being very careful moving the furniture, wiping up drips, etc. His equipment is the best available and clean..... something that isn't always the case with carpet cleaners. Additional treatments are available, but unlike many companies, A-Steam is more concerned about getting your carpet clean.
A-Steam does great work for their customers. They are affordable and take care of their customers.
