As their needs and circumstances have changed we've needed to change their care plans, sometimes quite drastically and at short notice. A Star have always been flexible and understanding enough to make the changes needed with no fuss. Their rates are very competitive from my experience. Mum and Dad never had any complaints about the care they received, and found the carers to be friendly and efficient.
