It felt good to read positive reviews about the company and it was really exciting to receive a very prompt response from them with a reasonable estimate so we asked them to proceed with providing the survey. Unfortunately the company stopped responding to messages and later on the phone calls. In the mean time we spent a lot of time waiting for their responses and now may have contractual issues with the property buyer providing the survey in the specific timeframe. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! I have had multiple professionals out to my home about 6 months after using A-Squared to inspect the home prior to purchase. All of them have said the structural engineer I used prior to purchase is extremely incompetent or a flat-out fraud. The home has severe foundation issues and the other professionals either shook their heads in disbelief or laughed at the conclusions drawn when reading the report I received from A-Squared. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! THE RISK IS NOT WORTH IT!!
The engineer called me ten minutes after he was supposed to arrive, and told me he would not be able to make it to the home inspection. My family had changed our whole schedule to fit in the inspection, and he couldn't make it. Very unreliable.
Squared Engineering provided me with their valuable expertise on how to repair my property after it had been badly damaged by a contractor. I was given timely, thoughtful and relevant information in order to make educated decisions that help me address the issues with my property and find solutions. The engineer also provided great service and responded back quickly when requested. I can't wait until I am walking thru my structrally sound and beautifully decorated building!
