Installer BROKE my TV and NEVER RETURNED IT!!! – Installer showed up late, broke my brand new Sony Bravia, left holes in my wall, didn't return my TV and didn't even finish installing!!! I am appalled and the "owner" "Steve" said that he would get my TV fixed and back to me and NEVER did. They ignore you after the damage. I am in the process of suing them. I don't understand how such an establishment is still in business. WARNING - do not do business with them. They do not keep their promises and I am left with nothing!
baught an item from them, I told him that those cams sell for about $70 everywahere, the owner "Steve" assured me that this is the latest and much more advanced than the cheap $70 ones. He asked for $400 but "with the discount" ended up $275. sure enough, I go home and check on the model He gave me and it is $72 everywhere including a place 5 blocks away from his store.
