Started out great very personable and caring. Placed order, No feed back for 4 months, I had to reach out to Anne. Several attempts by phone and email . Finally got an appointment, I think think items were pull from shelf for items that were back logged. I should have spent more time viewing my products before accepting. Always hard to get a response, maybe one response then crickets. I trusted this business, I feel I got beat and what can i do to correct issues. I guess, I’ll contact insurance company.
