Terrible experience. The staff rushed us from the moment we walked in and showed zero interest in actually helping us choose flowers. Instead of offering guidance or listening to what we wanted, they kept pushing more expensive options and trying to upsell everything. On top of that, they didn’t even wrap the flowers properly. Easy process, I found them on Google map, called them up, told them it's for a friend in Tampa to cheer her up and to make it bright and beautiful and a decent size. Most importantly a cat safe bouquet. They even helped me with an appropriate message. Gave them a budget and they had it delivered the same day! I got a text it was delivered. I like supporting local small businesses. My friend send me a photo of the flowers. She loves it.
The florist was great to work with and quick in making a beautiful bouquet within my asking price range. My wife was amazed at how beautiful the flowers were. I will definitely be coming back.
