Dan was great. He completed the service and kept me informed and was happy to also investigated additional concerns I had with my car. As I purchased the car second hand he took photos and provided valuable advice on issues he believed the car should not have been sold with. Due to his knowledge and advice there are repairs being completed at the cost of the dealer, before they had the chance to become issues and costs for me.
