Getting my unit and making the monthly payments were quick and easy. Done all online. 3 years into it though, my unit was broken into and even though there were cameras all around the place, I was told they were not hooked up to anything so there was nothing they could do. So my entire home was gone and I'm just out all of those items so if you are renting there, I'd suggest putting a camera in your own unit apparently
