Didn't plow this year. Only plowed once last year. I got stuck 3x so far. Ive had to reschedule multiple deliveries to my unit because a truck can't pull in. It's a business that doesn't plow it's lot to allow the paying customers to use it It may be the cheapest around but this inconvenience the last 2 years is making me leave. If you don't mind losing access in the winter, it's not bad.
I've had the unit since the end of October, I have not noticed any mice yet but read other reviews of them. What I have noticed is that the front gate IS NEVER CLOSED I wonder why that is. It would make me feel like my things are safer if that would happen. If not I may consider looking for another storage facility. Also the lighting there is not the greatest! It would probably help having lights placed in the isles not just at the beginning and the end, as it doesn't help for the units in the middle especially with the fron... read more
The place is great but the need to finish construction and do something about the rodent problem
