Unprofessional. I really try to give my people a chance but this is the kinda stuff that makes us look bad. SMH
My experience at A Sound Mind Counseling is great. I have received counseling here for over 15 yrs. I love the atmosphere and the staff, they are very helpful. Yes, I would recommend A Sound Mind Conseling to Family and friends.
I gave this company several chances. I had the most horrible counseling sessions with Gwen. Gwen was rude, unprofessional and sarcastic. Multiple scheduling issues, mis communications ect…. I even tried to switch therapist in the company the new therapist never showed up or called for our scheduled apt.
2/10 recommend . if you are looking for consistency, professionalism, and help. i do not recommend this company. very unreliable and staff can be rude.
