I literally just called and asked for help with theatre system they installed. Terry refused to help me and proceeded to hang up on me. I am appalled at being treated this way. I didn’t do anything to provoke this behavior. I would NOT do business with someone who behaves this way.
Had them out today to fix an Audio Mute issue and now absolutely nothing works from the IPad that controlled everything. Can’t watch TV. Can’t listen to music. Basically can’t do anything!!!!! Made effort to fix with them and they rejected doing anything further.

Twelve years later and you guys do a fantastic job again! We love our new theater system, all of the new technology is fantastic! Thank you for the extra time you took to get us trained and up and running.
