Been calling them for a few days to get my above ground pool up and running but they never call back!!!!
I’m not someone who typically leaves bad reviews. In fact, most of my reviews are 5 stars because I genuinely try to support businesses when I can. I used this company for two seasons and initially had a very positive experience. They were flexible, kind, responsive, and did a beautiful job cleaning the pool and helping with PVC repairs. Unfortunately, things changed after I discovered an issue with the filter.
