This company came out to give us a free estimate and claimed they would draw up a cost proposal within 24 hours. We called to inquire however a week later we still have no proposal and no contact from them despite us attempting to reach out. Now our laundry room is flooded and we had to call emergency services to come out only to find out this company’s technician unplugged our sump pump and that is the reason my laundry room is now flooded.
